Questions: Do I have to undress completely?

Answered: Not at all! You’ll be adequately draped throughout, and it’s entirely up to your comfort level. Let me know if you need additional covering or prefer I limit massages in specific areas. Your comfort and safety are my priority.

Questions: What should I expect?

Answered: Each session is unique! You can expect a blend of soothing strokes and focused pressure to help release tension. Just relax and communicate any needs you have.

Questions: What happens if I’m late?

Answered: Please text me if you plan or are running late. I always do my best to readjust your appointment or save you from a late or rebooking fee. As a small business owner, there are times I cannot offer delayed start times or late fees and a charge helps compensate for lost time and income. 

Below is our general late fee policy guide.

• Up to 10 minutes late: No fee, but treatment time ends at the end of the scheduled appointment time.

• 10-15 minutes late: A small fee of $25 applies, The treatment time ends at the scheduled appointment end time.

• Over 15 minutes late: Full treatment cost may be charged, or the session may be rescheduled with a $40 rescheduling fee.
